No. Your phone will not demagnetize your credit cards. We've tested the Wallet Slayer Vol. 2 with the same set of cards for over a year with no issues, and Side Hustle has a built in magnet block to protect your cards. We've heard that some older style hotel room keys could have problems. But then again, those old keys can demagnetize if you just look at them wrong.
Don’t you fret. The NFC and Apple Pay work just fine through the cards.
We’re fired up you want a Smartish case—we like ‘em too. Unfortunately, we are a small company with limited resources and don't have cases for these devices just yet. We hope to provide more cases for more devices in the future. We do have universal products that will fit these phones such as the Case Clinger, Prop Tart, or Side Hustle (if you get a MagSafe compatible case for it).
Let’s galax-see if we have a Samsung case for ya. Be sure to check your exact phone model before ordering (under your Android Settings menu select "System" then "About Phone" and you'll see the model name or number). We have cases for many S Series Galaxy phones, but beware: there are many altered models such as the Galaxy S8 Active, which has different dimensions and won't fit in a regular Galaxy S8 case.

The most likely culprit is that the mail carrier dropped it off at a front desk, reception area, your neighbor's mailbox, etc. But if you can't locate your package please contact us with the specifics and we'll fix the issue as quickly and pain free as possible.

Are you using a wallet case? If so that could interfere with those wireless waves. If you want to make the leap to a wireless world, we suggest switching to a non-wallet case like Gripmunk or Gripzilla and adding on a Side Hustle, a removable MagSafe wallet.

We don't recommend putting more than 3 cards plus cash in our cases since this can stretch beyond their intended design (but we've definitely seen it done!) and could lead to some malfunctions.
Smartish cases including personalized printed cases can (and should) be cleaned. Our top suggestions are diluted alcohol/water or disinfectant wipes such as Clorox Disinfecting Wipes. These solutions will clean the surface of the case without damaging it.
Not only are your camera lenses (yes, all of them!) protected by the raised lip around the lenses, but your screen is, too! All Smartish cases come with elevated surfaces around the screens and camera lenses to give your phone a safe and snug feel.
The Wallet Slayer Vol. 2 is made of vegan leather, so don’t worry. No animals were harmed in the making of our products, not even your pet rock.
Our cases are designed to be very protective, and they are drop tested in-house. We've dropped each different family from 6 feet, straight onto concrete.
We test them in-house because well those "military-grade certifications" only vaguely apply to phone cases. Less-than-honest case manufacturers send their product to a third party company where a price passes the test. We know from working a long time in this industry that these tests are a big charade to over-hype and exaggerate a product’s protection, not an actual indication of quality or every day use.
We make it a point to be honest and straightforward with our customers, so we'll simply tell you that our cases are carefully built to be real, real protective and very few customers ever experience broken phones while using a Smartish case.
I mean no, but we aim to solve life's little problems that just seem to add up. We're here to protect your phone, your space, and your peace of mind. Digging around the floor to find your cable when all you need is a quick boost is very inconvenient. And we're all about the "you didn't know you needed it, until you have it" products. Each case varies, but the front lip of the phone case that surrounds your screen is 1.2mm (or more) higher than your screen.
Yes. We’ve served as proud witnesses to PopSockets working well on our cases. (Much to the delight of PopSocket collectors everywhere). However, we do not recommend it for our Wallet Slayer Vol. 2. It could mess with the wallet’s fabric, so avoid that pairing. Otherwise, go for it.
Another option? Try our own stick-on phone grip loop, Prop Tart.
Not a chance. So "shaking it off" won’t shake it out. Wallet Slayer Vol. 1 has a little doohickey inside the case that holds 1-3 cards in place. Once you receive your case, you’ll notice there’s a bit of tension when you slide cards in and that’s caused by that doohickey. It’s an awesome piece of technology, if we do say so ourselves and its patented!
Nope. One card fits snuggly in the Wallet Slayer Vol. 2. As time goes on, the fabric wallet adjusts to the number of cards it consistently holds. So, if you always have 3 cards in the wallet, over time going back down to 1 is not suggested. If you vary the amount of cards you carry we suggest going with Wallet Slayer Vol. 1 or going with Gripmunk and a Side Hustle.
