FAQs

What happens after I place my order?

Each order is reviewed by our production team to make sure your design is perfect and ready for print. All art is thoroughly checked for aesthetics, printability, easter eggs, and errors. We will automatically adjust common issues like alignment, contrast, line thickness, and spelling errors. You'll get an email with a picture proof and details of any corrections before we process your order.

Once the design is confirmed, our print team aligns your selected case size/style/color onto the bed of our fancy-ass printer, which paints your masterpiece upon the case.

Finally, our shipping team speaks sweet nothings into the case's ear as they whisk it out the door, at which point you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.

I'm not a graphic designer, can I handle this?

Don't cut yourself short. You got this. Keep it simple and when in doubt ... smiley poop emoji.

What if I have a problem with my order? And what’s your return policy for personalized products?

This is a tough one. If you don’t end up liking your photo of little Fluffy, certainly no one else will. But we understand mistakes happen.

If the personalized products you receive differ materially from what you created on our design studio or if the products are otherwise defective, then you may return the personalized product for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your personalized case. If you just don’t like the design you created or mistakenly ordered the wrong size of phone case, then you may return the product for a 50% store credit towards a new case within the same 14-day window.

Beyond that, personalize products have the same lifetime warranty as all Silk products. Please keep in mind that our personalize prints are very very durable. But over the years, the corners of the prints can eventually wear down. So we have a "let’s be reasonable" policy on this. If the print chips in the first month, we’ll work with ya. If one corner is slightly worn after a year and a half, that won’t be covered. Deal? Deal.

In any case, if you have a problem, simply notify us via our support page before returning any products to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
